Has anyone else have their unknown error code change from (-16710) to (-12746) after updating to iOS 9?

About two 2 or 3 months ago my iPod touch was glitchbig a lot so I updated to iOS 8.3 and everything was fine until later on that night I tried to play vide, it was playing but there was no audio so I kept replaying the video but the same problem kept reoccurring so I restarted the device. When it turned on I tried playing the but it didn't even open, so I went into my music and clicked one of the songs, it sped through the wrong song then an alert came up saying "unknown error (-16710) ocured". I tried playing most of the other songs in my music library but it kept doing the same thing. I tried resetting, restoring and restarting but nothing worked so I waited for iOS 8.4 and 8.4.1 but neither of those fixed the problem from what I heard it made things worse, other iPod 5th gens and iPad mini were affected. I really thought iOS 9 would have solved this by now but starting from today I'm on iOS 9.1 and I want this problem resolved already. Oh and I forgot, I tried plugging my ipod into speakers headphones etc but it doesn't connect to any of them.

The geniuses at the Genius Bar told me to pay $329 to get replacement phone, EVEN THO it had NOTHING to do with damage or anything, just a defective phone but hey, it passed your 1 year warranty already, disreguarding the fact that DURING that year they “replaced” 4-5 more of those defective refurbished “new phones” they replace it with, its a RIPOFF...

apple has not responded still to address these issues almost 6 months later- its disgusting at best - with their resources they should have fixed this within a month of it happening or at LEAST responded to emails directly sent to them about such errors- or responded to numerous posts online about such issues they have 0% involvement from what ive seen all over the net- what is going on over there? (At apple headquarters)
